Games are canceled
**IMPORTANT** If you are not a PSU student/employee, email me directly (pennstaterh@gmail.com) Use this to enroll in the league. Once the team slots are filled, the signup form will be taken down. If you already have a team put together, have the team captain signup on the website and then email me (pennstaterh@gmail.com) in excel format, the complete roster with all the following info: Team name and league you desire to play in This needs to be emailed to me within 24 hours of your captain signing up or it will not be accepted. *REMEMBER* No more than 3 club team members (ice/roller) on a team and no club members in the Rec division. *This information will only be used for league creation and scheduling and will be destroyed semester to semester. This is both for your protection and to remove confusion on our part so you will need to register each semester. The Penn State Participation Agreement, photocopy of valid health insurance, and money MUST be handed in prior to your first game. Attached below is the Participation Agreement. *PLEASE NOTE* Due to an increase in cost to rent the rink at the YMCA, payment will now be $50 per person. Goalies still play for free.
